Supporters and friends of LLELA (Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area) celebrated the opening of a new greenhouse last night with a campfire, S'more's, hot chocolate and other libations.  Despite chilly temperatures, a good time was had by all.  LLELA is is the emerald jewel in Lewisville's green centerpiece crown.  Lewisville is lucky to have such a great natural open space for recreation and environmental learning.  LLELA is open Friday - Sunday, and can be accessed at the corner of Kealy and Jones streets in Old Town Lewisville, just South of the dam.  Admission is $5 per person, but yearly passes are available at very reasonable rates.
